We are a sub-specialty medical practice of dedicated, experienced staff who, along with our physician, Dr. Rey F. Rosario, believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health. We work together to serve our patients for all of their medical needs in all stages of life. We also believe in educating our patients as we work with them to achieve the best physical state possible. Dr. Rosario believes in providing comprehensive health care services to our patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Perla Retana, PA-C
Ms. Retana attended graduate school at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ (2018) obtaining a Master's degree in Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies (M.M.S.). Ms. Retana is certified by The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and by The Texas Physician Assistant Board. She is a member of the following organizations: The Minority Students in Medicine for Midwestern University, The National Kidney Foundation and Physician Assistants for Global Health. A native to our neighboring city of Juarez, Chih. Mexico and having grown up in El Paso, Ms. Retana comes to our practice with a great understanding of our community's needs and distinction.
Maria Meza, FNP-C
Ms. Meza attended graduate school at the University of Texas at El Paso (2020) obtaining a Master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Ms. Meza is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Board. Prior to joining our team, Ms. Meza worked as a registered nurse in the emergency department and in-center hemodialysis. She believes in working in collaboration with patients to help them achieve their best physical state through education, preventative measures, and early intervention.
